The Dreambody, the Depths, and Other Dreamers
The body you show up in. What is underneath the scene. And who else is in there.
- 6 × 9 in
- ISBN 978-1-0678456-3-6
Volume I is about you: waking up inside the dream, holding the floor, and running a working. It ends at the edge of three things it never enters.
The body you are doing all of it in. Volume I never mentions it once, which is a real omission — every waking practice runs through a physical body, and the dream equivalent is left entirely implicit.
What is underneath it. Volume I watches sleep onset from outside and never goes down.
What is in the dream besides you. Volume I meets the guide in one chapter and leaves the rest of the population unexamined.
Volume III is being written. There is no list, no newsletter and no launch sequence — if you would like to know when it is out, say so and you will get one email.

- Part One — The Instrument. The dreambody: tuning it, what it can do that yours cannot, and what it looks like when it fails.
- Part Two — The Depths. Below the scene, the void, the hypnagogic corridor as a workspace rather than a doorway, and coming back up.
- Part Three — The Others. A working taxonomy sorted by behaviour rather than ontology; the figures that are you, the ones that are not, and shared dreaming.
- Part Four — The Weave. What changes in daylight, when to stop, and every protocol’s test, collected in one table.
A note on what is claimed
Part Three is not a substitute for therapy and the book does not pretend otherwise. The shared-dreaming chapter is the weakest-evidenced thing in the series; it is reported as a log, labelled as one, and hands its test to you, because nobody, the author included, has run one yet. It also carries the clearest stopping rule in the book.
The audio companion
A guided induction of twenty-four minutes with a cue paired into it, a two-hour track for the REM window, and five pages on the protocol. Free, and gated behind nothing.
Five tracks and a five-page addendum. The protocol, the calibration and the stopping rule.
