Short, because this site sells nothing, stores nothing and asks nothing of you.
What you may do with the audio
The audio companion is free to download and to use for your own practice, for as long as you like, on as many of your own devices as you like. You may give a copy to somebody. You may not sell it, put it behind a sign-up of your own, upload it to a streaming service, or use it in a paid course or app without asking first. The answer to asking is usually yes.
What you may do with the books
The text of the books, the thirty-two plates, and everything written on this site are the author’s work and remain his. Quote them in a review or a discussion with attribution, as copyright law already allows. Do not reproduce or redistribute them whole.
The practices described are not. Nobody owns a reality check or a planetary hour, and nothing in these terms stops you teaching what you learned.
Buying
No sale happens on this site. The buttons send you to a shop that takes the payment, delivers the book and handles returns under its own terms; your contract is with them, not with this page.
No warranty, and no advice
This site and the audio are provided as they are. They are not medical, psychological or legal advice. Lucid dreaming practice costs sleep, and the books say so plainly and say when to stop — if you have a diagnosed sleep disorder, a seizure disorder, or any condition affected by sleep loss, speak to a doctor before running any of it. You decide what to try, and you carry the result.
Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Links to other sites are there because they are useful. They are not endorsements, and what happens on them is not the author’s to control.
Which law
These terms are governed by the law of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it, and the courts of Alberta have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away rights your own country gives you.
Changes
If these change, the date at the top changes with them.
